Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to your use of shopmorvillo.com and purchases from Morvillo. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Store operator

Morvillo is operated by CHENVELO GLOBAL ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Products in our U.S. launch catalog are fulfilled by independent suppliers using U.S.-based warehouses. The place of fulfillment is not the place where our company is incorporated.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials confidential. We may refuse or cancel activity that appears fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

Products and information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, compatibility notes, inventory, and prices accurately. Supplier information can change, and colors or scale can vary by screen. Please review the product page and select the correct option before purchase. Pet products should be used only as intended and with appropriate supervision. Product content is not veterinary advice.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change before an order is placed. Payment is processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers shown there. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before shipment and will offer cancellation and a refund if we cannot honor an affected order.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we begin fulfillment or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may limit quantities, request address or payment verification, or cancel an order because of inventory, supplier, safety, legal, pricing, or fraud concerns. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders may be sent to different U.S.-based suppliers and can arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Our current delivery area, free tracked shipping terms, processing estimates, exclusions, tracking process, and address responsibilities are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Return eligibility, the 14-day request window, non-returnable items, customer-paid change-of-mind postage, damaged or incorrect item claims, authorization requirements, supplier return addresses, and refund timing are explained in the Refund Policy. Do not return products to our Hong Kong company address or to a parcel label address without written authorization.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or copy content unlawfully, introduce malicious code, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or third parties.

Intellectual property

The Morvillo name, store design, original copy, graphics, and other site content are owned by us or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping. Supplier trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, suppliers, and other third parties provide parts of the service under their own terms. We are not responsible for an independent third-party website or service beyond responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For other claims, our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where such exclusion is permitted.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. A dispute may be brought in any forum required by applicable consumer law; otherwise, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
